What is your shipping policy and when will I get my tracking number?
Standard shipping takes 2 Business Days to process. Business days are (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.
After processing a tracking number will be issued via email within 2-4 business days after completion of processing to the email address provided during purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.( Please note that any delay in processing can result in a shipping delay) .
All orders placed after 6:30pm Eastern Standard are considered the next business day. **Please note that orders processes during business days only.
Full Lace Wigs & Custom Orders- Please allow 7-15 business for delivery of full lace wigs, custom colors and custom color lace wigs
Express Shipping- Please allow 1-2 business days of processing. And overnight shipping after the order is processed Via USPS or Fed Ex.( Please be advised that every city or town allows overnight shipping)
What is your refund policy?
HairEveryWhere has a no refund or exchange policy; please understand your hair comes with a warranty! When you get your hair please inspect your product for anything abnormal. Please contact us within 2 Business Days of receiving your package , if you have any concerns about your product.
