What is your shipping policy and when will I get my tracking number?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00pm EST. All orders received after 5:00 pm will be considered the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be considered as ordered on the following Monday. Unless the following Monday Is a federal holiday. Here at HairEveryWhere we offer two forms of shipping .
Expedited,Express & Standard
We recommend expedited or express shipping for any customer that needs their order expedited. We pride ourselves on quality and shipping delays can occur with standard shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing before your order is mailed. After 1-2 business days of processing your order will be mailed 1-3 business priority mail. ( Please be advised that every city or town doesn’t allow overnight shipping)
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing. And overnight or express shipping after the order is processed Via USPS or Fed Ex.( Please be advised that every city or town doesn’t allow overnight shipping)
Our standard shipping takes 2 Business Days to process. Our Business days are (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.
After processing a tracking number will be issued via email within 3-5 business days after completion of processing to the email address provided during purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.( Please note that standard shipping is estimated and any delay in processing or shipping can result in a shipping delay) .
All orders placed after 6:00pm Eastern Standard are considered the next business day. **Please note that orders processes during business days only. (Please be advised that standard shipping doesn’t come with a shipment guarantee and can occur delays)
Full Lace Wigs & Colored Orders- Please allow an estimated 7-15 business for delivery of full lace wigs, custom colors and custom color lace wigs. ( Please understand that tracking numbers for custom orders may come earlier than actually shipping day)
What is your refund policy?
HairEveryWhere has a no refund or exchange policy; please understand your hair comes with a warranty!When you get your hair please inspect your product for anything abnormal. Please contact us within 2 Business Days of receiving your package , if you have any concerns about your product.
